Open Roles (Hiring Paused)

Licensed Life Insurance Agent

Location: Remote within Tennessee or local (Jackson, TN)

Type: 1099 contractor

When applications open, we’ll be looking for motivated agents who care about clients—not just closing deals. You’ll get mentorship, support, and flexibility. (Leads, CRM, and scripts provided.)

Appointment Setter

Location: Remote (Tennessee)

Type: W-2

Help us connect with more families by scheduling appointments for our agents. No license required. Paid per appointment. Must be able to work at least 2 days/week. (Leads, CRM, and scripts provided.)

Do I need prior insurance experience?

No. When hiring is open, we focus on coachability and caring for families. We provide mentorship and scripts.

Do I need to be in Tennessee?

Yes, we currently serve Tennessee only.

Do I need a license to be a Life Insurance Agent?

When roles reopen, licensing requirements will be listed in the job posting. We can provide exam prep resources.

What’s the schedule like?

Remote and flexible, but you must be able to work at least 2 days per week (generally within 8am–8pm CT).

How are roles compensated?

Agents: 1099 contractor. Appointment Setters: W-2 and paid per appointment.
